Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials using ADDIE model, including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning content.
  
• Manage client relationships through effective communication and project delivery.
  
• Ensure timely completion of projects by meeting deadlines and milestones.
  
• Provide technical support for LMS setup and maintenance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-20 years of experience in Instructional Design or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of E-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  
• Excellent client management skills with ability to work independently on projects.
  
• Proven track record in delivering high-quality instructional materials within tight deadlines.
