Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor platform activities to identify and address operational bottlenecks or anomalies.

• Process and verify user transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.

• Respond to user inquiries and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.

• Maintain detailed records of operations, transactions, and support interactions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
