Job Responsibilities

• Key in and maintain accurate daily production data
• Prepare, compile, and submit daily production reports
• Monitor production records and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in production reports promptly
• Assist with month-end stock take and inventory reconciliation
• Support annual stock audit activities by preparing the required documentation and records
• Provide on-site support by replacing or assisting Tally Clerks during leave or manpower shortages
• Coordinate with the Production, Warehouse, and Quality teams to ensure accurate production and inventory records
• Maintain proper filing of production documents and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
• At least 1 year of experience in production administration, data entry, manufacturing, or a related field is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and basic computer applications
• Good numerical and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to identify and resolve discrepancies accurately and promptly
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
• Possess a responsible attitude with a high level of integrity and accuracy

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
