Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and monitoring stock while ensuring inventory records remain accurate and the storeroom is clean, safe, and well-organized.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery orders.
- Organize and arrange stock systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.
- Monitor stock levels and report low stock for replenishment.
- Prepare and issue materials/items according to authorized requests.
- Conduct regular stock counts and assist with inventory audits.
- Ensure proper labelling, storage, and handling of all items.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store/warehouse area.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Operations, and other departments regarding stock requirements.
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when required.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in storekeeping, warehouse, or inventory management is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory systems).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Physically fit and able to handle stock movement.
- Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
