About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who's excited to own the full customer journey at Give Fun — from first enquiry to post-delivery follow-up — while helping us evolve how we deliver that experience through AI and automation. This isn't a purely traditional CX role: you'll be working alongside tools like WhatsApp automation, AI chatbots, and workflow systems that handle the repetitive stuff, so you can focus on the moments that actually matter to customers.

If you've done customer service before and you've been quietly curious about how AI is changing the game, this role was designed for you.

Customer Support

• Work closely with the Operations, Design & Delivery teams to keep things running smoothly.
• Own the day-to-day customer conversations across all our channels — Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, SMS, calls — and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Help customers with everything order-related: placing new orders, changing delivery details, rescheduling, swapping items, and answering the everyday questions.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, complaints and feedback with care — and turn an unhappy moment into a recovered customer.

Customer Experience

• Notice the patterns — what customers keep asking, struggling with, or complaining about — and flag them so we fix the root cause, not just the symptom.
• Keep customers happy after the sale: check in on the big orders, catch an unhappy customer early, and win back the ones who've gone quiet.
• Keep our website product listings clear and appealing, and help put together the occasional newsletter that actually sounds like us.

AI & Automation

• Work alongside our AI-powered WhatsApp assistant — watching conversations, flagging the edge cases, and helping the responses get better over time.
• Spot the repetitive tasks and recurring customer pain points with the Director, and help decide what's worth automating.
• Help train and fine-tune our AI tools by reviewing conversations, tagging scenarios, and contributing to our knowledge base.
• You don't need to be technical — just genuinely curious about AI and willing to learn. We'll teach you the tools.

Light Design Work

• Occasional simple artwork edits in Canva (or similar) — product listing visuals, minor marketing assets, newsletter graphics. Nothing heavy; just straightforward edits to support the team when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or CX roles (preferred).
• Language: Fluent in English, written and spoken. You'll be handling Singaporean customers daily.
• AI Curiosity: No AI experience needed, but you should be genuinely interested in how it can make customer experiences better.
• Discipline & Time Management: Strong self-management and prioritisation, with a consistent track record of meeting deadlines — essential for a remote role.
• Canva-Comfortable: Able to do basic design edits when needed.

The Work Setup

• Location: Remote (Work From Home)
• Meetings: Twice-monthly in-person meetings in the Klang Valley area (PJ / Setia Alam) — you must be able to attend these.
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch break)
• Working Days: Monday – Friday (Off: Saturday & Sunday)
• Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500/month
