Responsibilities
We are looking for a kitchen staff that is commited, and possess relevant experience to the position they are applying for. They must be able to be assign for outstation duties and able to work and adapt to the island lifestyle. We are a small team in which an overall professional kitchen skill is an added advantage.
Sous Chef (Main Kitchen / Asian)
To adhere to assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef & Senior Sous Chef with implementing maintaining all company standards, policies and procedures relating to food
Quality specifications, preparation, storage and for all Health and Food Safety areas
“Due Diligence”and responsibility as laid out by management in the ECHO Resorts standard.
Strong emphasis on staff training and development and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Product quality and kitchen budgets and profitability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
