About the Role

Legenda Bumimas Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR & Admin Officer to support the HR Manager in managing day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is passionate about building efficient HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in daily HR operations and administration.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and HR correspondence.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, SOPs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate performance appraisal activities and monitor timelines.
  • Assist in HR compliance, internal and external audits, and policy updates.
  • Coordinate office administration, vendor management, and employee engagement activities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR and Administration.
  • Experience in HR Operations is preferred.
  • Exposure to Industrial Relations (IR), Employee Relations (ER), or Training will be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Knowledge of the Sabah Labour Ordinance and Industrial Relations practices is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Experience with HRIS and attendance management systems is an added advantage.
