N.S. Auto Parts Industries Hiring! Full Time Production Supervisor in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

1. Ensure that all preparations for the daily production are carried out strictly according to product specification, ISO & SOP.

2. Making pre-approval on each of the piston sample for mass production

3. Clean and repair the piston dies before install to casting machine

4. Setting casting machine and aluminium furnace

5. Cutting the piston based on the piston drawing to get the visual of finish using manual lathe machine

6. Supervise production manpower, output & quality of the products

7. Execute machine maintenance if the machine breakdown and record all Foundry maintenance activities

8. Control and minimize wastage and defects so as to achieve high quality products

9. To improve and maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the department and to create harmony working environment.

10. To carried out any other duties as when assigned by management.

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience in hand on welding and repair.

2. Able to work under tight schedule and high pressure

3. Experience with Lathe Milling Machine, Height Gauges, Vernier Calliper, etc.

4. Able to communicate with the foreign, inspire & motivate workers

5. Problem solver- preventing small problems from escalating into large

Working Hours : 0700am until 1700pm

Working Days : Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
