As a Production Executive, you will be responsible for monitoring, controlling, and evaluating production and safety processes to ensure that productivity and quality targets are consistently met. You will manage a team of supervisors and workers, overseeing the implementation of all production activities. Your role will focus on driving production efficiency, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Job Description
- Assist the Production Manager in overseeing the overall production process, ensuring efficient operations and identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead production reviews, analyse production data, and develop actionable improvement plans to optimize workflow and operations.
- Collaborate with production planners to coordinate manpower, workflow, and schedules, ensuring that production timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensure timely delivery of products by developing and executing detailed production plans, while maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process
- Organize and prioritize workflow according to workload and team capacity, ensuring adherence to delivery schedules and successful completion of all assigned tasks.
- Work closely with the Quality Department to uphold product quality and ensure all customer specifications and regulatory requirements are met.
- Work closely with Engineering Department for production line improvement.
- Manage, train, and develop the production team to ensure a high level of performance and continuous skill improvement.
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve production issues such as material shortages, equipment malfunctions, and other operational challenges
- Supervise production personnel to ensure the smooth execution of production plans and monitor production efficiency to meet the target output
- Troubleshoot production-related issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and manufacturing operations.
- Proficient in analysing production data and using it to drive decision-making and improvements.
- Solid understanding of scheduling, workflow management, and manpower planning. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Efficiently manage production schedules, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to handle changing priorities and unexpected production issues.
