We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to support a Data Analytics project. The role focuses on designing and implementing ETL pipelines to prepare data for downstream analytics and reporting. You will work closely with data analysts and stakeholders to ensure data availability, accuracy, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance ETL workflows using AWS Glue, Python, SQL, and related tools.
• Lead the integration of data from various sources into a centralized data lake or data warehouse.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across ETL processes and recommend improvements where necessary.
• Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot data pipeline performance to ensure reliable data processing.
• Work closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams to understand data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Data Engineers and assist in resolving complex technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation for data pipelines, processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3 to 5 years experience in Data Engineering.
• Strong experience in ETL development and data pipeline design.
• Solid programming skills in Python, SQL and ETL/ELT for development.
• Familiarity with data modeling and best practices in data engineering.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on a tight timeline.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other AWS services (e.g., Lambda, Redshift).
• Familiarity with data governance and security in cloud environments.
