Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers and business partners.
  • Follow up with leads from company activities, referrals, online enquiries and partner introductions.
  • Conduct sales calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, email follow-ups and customer visits.
  • Arrange customer meetings, site visits and discussions with support from the management and technical team.
  • Collect basic customer and project information for internal review and proposal preparation.
  • Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, customer feedback and next actions.
  • Coordinate with the internal team on quotations, proposals and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Provide regular market feedback on customer needs, concerns and potential opportunities.
  • Support company sales activities, customer events and basic promotional efforts when required.
  • Support general sales and business development activities as assigned by the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience.
  • Candidates with strong sales experience and good communication skills will also be considered.
  • Comfortable approaching new customers and business partners.
  • Able to make phone calls, send follow-up messages and arrange meetings independently.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work independently, follow up consistently and handle rejection positively.
  • Willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
  • Possess own transport.
  • Able to communicate in English.
  • Familiar with WhatsApp, Google Sheets / Excel and basic customer tracking tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in outdoor sales, B2B sales, project sales or solution-based sales.
  • Experience in technical, building-related, industrial, property-related or service-based industries.
  • Experience in renewable energy or solar PV will be an advantage, but not required.
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or related fields will be an advantage.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of customer follow-up, lead tracking or CRM systems will be an advantage.
