Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY:
Based on Orbis’s development and communications objectives, the incumbent develops and implements PR projects with the aim to promote Orbis. He or she should maintain Orbis an active and quality presence in the online world.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise and administer HK website, social media sites, intranet, e-newsletter and display GIK online campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to generate creative posts, landing pages and promotional emails that optimize user experience.
- Measure campaigns performance & provide regular analytical report.
- Acquire new online insights and keep strategies upbeat.
- Maintain Orbis e-information center.
- Provide up-to-date visual stories to facilitate internal teams.
- Act as the project lead to manage the assigned Orbis campaigns and events.
- Participate global digital team and Canto taskforce, fulfill any project assignments to advance HK performance.
- Build network with young production talents to enhance Orbis video capacity.
- Identify and network with expertise in the digital world to create pro bono opportunities.
- Assist Director, Communications and Communications Team to devise and execute online promotion strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- University degree majoring in media communications, digital communications, PR journalism or other related disciplines
- 3 - 5 years of working experience in online journalism, digital creative house, PR marketing, communications highly preferred
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Excellent in writing skills with strong visual and aesthetic senses
- Well organized and could manage multiple priorities
- Understand the best practice of digital creative & marketing concepts
- Knowledge in Video maker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Animations
- Knowledge in DIY ad serving tools, google ad words and SEO/SEM
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
