Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop, motivate and manage the restaurant team to deliver an outstandingdining experience.
- Ensure all operating standards are consistently maintained in quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Strictly adhere to and enforce company policies and SOPs at all times.
- Drive restaurant performance through sales growth, cost control and effective expense management.
- Plan manpower, manage recruitment and identify training and development needs for staff.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure smooth workflow and service efficiency.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly and monthly reports accurately and on time.
Requirement:
- Preferably supervisor/assistant manager specializing F&B/Restaurant.
- Below 50 years old.
- Seconday education/SPM/O Level or Diploma in Food & Service Management or related.
- Strong passion in food preparation and service with commitment to delivering a great dining experience.
- Strong leadership, proactive, resourceful and result-oriented.
- Good problem solving, decision-making and operational management skills.
- Effective time management. delegation skills and ability to interpret financial P&L data.
- Able to coach, guide and develop team members.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to interact at all levels.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
