We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the company's daily operations and ensure business processes are carried out efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will coordinate with various departments, monitor operational performance, improve workflows, and assist Management in achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and operational guidelines.
- Support Management in planning, implementing, and monitoring operational projects and business initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), preparing regular reports and analyses for Management.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and other external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating operational procedures and documentation.
- Monitor inventory, procurement, and resource utilisation where applicable.
- Assist in scheduling, coordinating, and following up on operational activities to ensure timely completion.
- Investigate operational issues, recommend corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in operations, administration, or a similar role. Fresh graduates with strong organisational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in preparing reports, analysing operational data, and maintaining documentation.
- Able to multitask, prioritise work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates integrity, attention to detail, and a positive working attitude.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience in the hospitality, property management, construction, or commercial sectors.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and operational best practices.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or operational management software.
- Experience in project coordination and cross-functional team collaboration.
