JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate screw machines according to established procedures and production schedules to meet customer specifications.
• Understand basic troubleshooting concepts and actively participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure safe working methods are practiced and report any safety issues to the Supervisor.
• Comply with all ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 Quality System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System requirements.
• Handle materials properly and efficiently to maintain product traceability and meet quality and scheduling requirements.
• Maintain good housekeeping, including practicing 5S and other relevant management methods.
• Achieve assigned objectives and quarterly Key Performance Indicator (KPI).
• Change machine sizes, perform minor repairs, and make adjustments to machines and tools in accordance with product specifications.
• Maintain and service production machinery and equipment; perform autonomous maintenance where applicable.
• Record and report production data, including output, quality, and downtime.
• Identify hazardous and scheduled waste and ensure proper handling, labeling and disposal to designated storage areas.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Knowledge and experience in production processes for screw machine operation is preferred.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in machine operation, screw machine operation, or production setting.
• Strong positive work attitude, integrity, and sense of responsibility.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
