Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web and mobile applications in a Fintech environment.
• Implement solutions using .NET and React JS (web), and Java and React Native (mobile).
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability, particularly for high volume transaction systems.
• Design and integrate RESTful APIs with payment gateways, e-wallets, and third-party systems.
• Support system architecture implementation, including microservices and cloud-based solutions.
• Participate in application deployment and CI/CD processes, following established best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure system stability.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code in line with coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to deliver features and enhancements.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute ideas to improve system capabilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably in Fintech, banking systems, payment gateways, or high-transaction environments.
• Proficiency in .NET, React JS, Java, React Native, NodeJS, and modern web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs, with understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with secure coding practices, API security, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and data protection.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
• Understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
