JobDescription

• Create and manage receiving, warehousing, and distribution processes and procedures, and confirm staff compliance.
• Maintains receiving, storage and distribution operations at optimum and efficient manner
• Coordinate material movement between departments and locations
• Researching new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency.
• Overseeing inventory, distribution of goods and facility layout.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, secure and clean warehouse with good layout and space optimization
• Strategies and undertake actions to meet KPI, SOP and operational standards
• Manage inventory by conducting cycle count and stocks take to ensure stock accuracy and conciliation of variance
• Customer orientated and able to implement quality and process improvement activities
• Manpower and asset planning and arrangement to ensure cost effective and smooth operation
• Manage staff performance by coaching, training, planning, monitoring of warehouse staff.
• Ensure compliance in safety regulations and practices
• Other duties and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
