We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tyre-man to join our team. The Tyre-man will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement of tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety standards.

1.Tyre Installation and Maintenance:

- Fit, balance, and align tires for various vehicles.

- Inspect tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation.

2. Repair and Replacement:

- Patch and repair punctures or other tire issues as needed.

- Replace tyres when they are beyond repair.

3. Wheel Alignment and Balancing:

- Use specialized equipment to align and balance wheels for optimal performance.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to alignment.

4. Customer Service:

- Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide advice on tire care and maintenance.

- Ensure timely and professional service delivery.

5. Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate records of tyre inventory and order supplies as necessary.

- Dispose of old or unusable tires in compliance with environmental regulations.

6. Safety and Compliance:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies.

- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are maintained properly.

Competency Requirements (Education, Training and Experience):

-Possess at least Diploma, SVM or SPM

- Proven experience as a Tire-man or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of tire types, brands, and specifications.

- Familiarity with wheel alignment and balancing equipment.

- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy tires and equipment.

- Good communication and customer service abilities.

- Basic understanding of vehicle mechanics (preferred).

-Ability to work in a workshop setting with exposure to noise, dust, and vehicle fumes.

- Flexibility to work weekends or overtime as needed.

- Valid driver’s license (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
