Job Responsibilities:

• To implement and manage possess that will give maximum output efficiency from manpower and machines.
• To ensure implementation of all production related processes as per Production SOP / WI.
• To manage the maintenance department and implement preventive maintenance in order to ensure proper.
• Running of all machines and minimum maintenance downtime.
• To achieve production target and continuous improvement.
• To reprimand and recommend hiring, transfer, upgrading, downgrading, dismissal, disciplinary actions, salary adjustments, and etc for all personnel under the department.
• To participate in 5S activities (including machines and area of 5S), good housekeeping, and safety practices.
• Any other duties assign by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent.

• Minimum five(5) years of working experiences in product management of related field.

Skills Required:

• Required Language(s): English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Good in communication skills, problem analysis, problem solving skills
• Planning and organizing production
• Leadership and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in metal fabrication industry is a plus advantages
