Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
i. Lead and manage sales operations for premix products, quarry materials, and related construction material businesses to achieve revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives.
ii. Develop and implement sales strategies, business plans, and sales initiatives to drive business growth and expand market presence.
iii. Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, consultants, government agencies, and other project stakeholders.
iv. Identify and secure new business opportunities and major projects to increase company revenue.
v. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing movements, and industry developments, and recommend appropriate actions to maintain competitiveness.
vi. Review and approve quotations, tender submissions, commercial proposals, pricing recommendations, and contract negotiations to ensure commercial viability and profitability.
vii. Collaborate with the Production, Logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure timely product delivery, effective project execution, and customer satisfaction.
viii. Prepare and review sales forecasts, budgets, performance reports, and management presentations to support business planning and decision-making.
ix. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve departmental objectives, sales targets, and professional development goals.
x. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
Requirements :
i. Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in the premix, quarry, construction materials, ready-mix concrete, or related industries.
ii. Proven track record in business development, sales management and relationship management.
iii. Strong understanding of the construction, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based business sectors.
iv. Excellent leadership, negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
v. Experience in managing key customer accounts, major project sales, tender submissions, and contract negotiations.
vi. Possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently as required.
vii. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of leading a sales team to achieve business objectives.
viii. Possess a positive work attitude, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
