Yuen Tung Premix Hiring! Full Time SENIOR PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE in Perak - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities :

i. Supervise and coordinate daily production activities at premix plants, quarries, and project sites to ensure production targets, productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency objectives are achieved.

ii. Coordinate production teams, operators, and site personnel to ensure production schedules are executed efficiently and in accordance with operational requirements.

iii. Monitor plant performance, material consumption, production efficiency, and equipment utilization, and recommend improvement measures where necessary.

iv. Investigate operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize disruptions, downtime, and production losses.

v. Liaise with the Maintenance, Logistics, and Sales Departments to ensure smooth operational flow and timely fulfilment of customer and production requirements.

vi. Ensure all production activities comply with quality standards, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company policies and procedures.

vii. Prepare, review, and maintain production reports, material consumption records, and other operational documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

viii. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and on-the-job training to Production Executives, supervisors, operators, and other production personnel as required.

ix. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

i. Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in premix plant, quarry, or related production operations.

ii. Proven experience in supervising and coordinating production personnel and operational activities.

iii. Good knowledge of plant production processes, quality control systems, and occupational safety and health requirements.

iv. Willing to travel between plants, quarries, and project sites as required.

v. Possess a positive work attitude, strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
