Ingress Precision Hiring! Full Time IT Technician in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 2,200 - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Set up workstations or PC's computers and necessary peripheral devices.
• Check and troubleshoot computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality
• Diagnoses and resolves end user network, printers, pc problems and related peripherals. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.)
• Create Network ID and assist on email account ID creation. Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications
• Assist on user to connect local networks LAN/WAN/VLAN/IPVPN in ways that help user connection resolution
• Manage server configuration and server healthchecks, backup servers, domain services and etc.
• Manage data backup system & Email monitoring sytem.
• Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate computer equipment
• Update technical documentation, IT asset records, licensing and etc.
• Maintain records/logs of repairs, fixes and maintenance schedule

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY :

• Ensure that the work area is safe for the movement of workers, equipment, and materials
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Respond and reported to superior at any emergency alert occur ASAP.
• OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES : Standby during public and company holiday (ONCALL).

REQUIREMENT :

Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in Information Technology area
Proven experience an IT Technician or relevant position
Applicant must be willing to work in Nilai and possess driving license
