Yuen Tung Premix Hiring! Full Time ASSISTANT MANAGER, PRODUCTION in Perak - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities :

i. Manage and oversee the overall operations of premix plants, quarries, and project site production activities.

ii. Develop and implement production plans, operating strategies, and resource allocation initiatives to achieve business objectives and operational targets.

iii. Monitor plant productivity, production costs, equipment utilization, and operational efficiency to ensure optimum performance.

iv. Lead production teams, supervisors, and operators to achieve production targets, quality standards, and operational KPIs.

v. Review and analyze production reports and operational data to identify improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

vi. Collaborate with the Sales, Logistics, and Maintenance Teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and fulfilment of customer requirements.

vii. Establish, implement, and enforce compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and statutory requirements.

viii. Manage departmental budgets, operating costs, and productivity improvement programs to enhance operational efficiency and cost control.

ix. Lead investigations into operational issues and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions.

x. Support Management in capacity planning, plant expansion projects, equipment upgrades, and business growth initiatives.

xi. Develop, coach, and mentor subordinates to enhance their technical competencies, leadership capabilities, and overall performance.

xii. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements :

i. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the premix, quarry, construction materials, or related manufacturing industries.

ii. Proven experience in managing production operations and supervising multidisciplinary operational teams, with strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, plant operations, and continuous improvement practices.

iii. Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and people management skills.

iv. Good knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems, environmental compliance requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.

v. Willing to travel between plants, quarries, and project sites as required.

vi. Possess a positive work attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
