Hospital Fatimah Hiring! Full Time Infection Control Nurse in Perak - Ricebowl

1. To assist in planning ,managing and monitoring Infection Control polices, procedures and practices are adhered by healthcare personnel in the hospital.

2. To carry out regular hospital rounds to ensure hand hygiene, aseptic techniques, correct infection practices and proper standards relating to patient care are adhered to.

3. To be involved in staff health including staff vaccination, infectious diseases and needle stick injuries.

4. To assist in the investigation of outbreak of infection in the hospital and to assist in initiating control measures.

5. To assist in infection control related audits in the wards and other clinical areas in the hospital.

6. To collect data on infection control KPIs and to assist in the submission of KPIs to the Quality Department.

7. To ensure all isolation policies and microbial guidelines are adhered to.

8. To carry out training to all staff and infection control link nurse including health education and exhibition for healthcare personnel and customers.

Requirements:

RN with current practicing certificate from LJM and with 2-3 years of experience.
