Job Description

• Controlling update for document on Pre-Requisite Program manual, HACCP manual and Halal Assurance System Manual (JAKIM & MUI)
• Responsible for managing application on Malaysian Halal Certification, Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) and BPPOM certification, MeSTI, GMP and HACCP certification from Ministry of Health, VHM from Department of Veterinary Services.
• Responsible to engage with OEM customer for the certified bodies application on their product.
• Lead the development of HAS, control and update the HAS Manual according to the requirements of MHMS 2020
• Create and update the Approved Raw Material Master list for materials used throughout the process chain.
• Liaise with purchasing department on new raw materials documents and update for new raw material halal certificate.
• Answering and improving issues on non-compliance related to all supplier audit and authorities such as Halal JAKIM, MUI, GMP & HACCP and VHM on adequacy audit and compliance audit.
• Provide COA for as per customer request or requested internally.
• Create and update the Calibration Master list for machinery and equipment used in the factory including Laboratory, Production and Warehouse area.
• Schedule sampling send to external lab for finish goods, raw milk, water and add on yearly sampling.
• Manage any ad hoc task requested/given by superior.

Qualification: Education/Experience:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or Science
• Minimum 2 years of experience in food industry
• Have good knowledge of GMP, HACCP & Halal standard and requirement.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, in verbal and written for English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

Location: Negeri Sembilan (Bandar Baru Enstek)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
