Responsibilities
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources functions of the company, with payroll management as the main responsibility. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee record management, recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary management, KPI review and performance appraisal, HR reporting, and effective HR support for HQ and clinic branches.
Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
