Sales Admin & Inventory
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders
- Key in sales and inventory data into the company system
- Manage stock records and inventory movements
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Attend to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in customers
- Coordinate deliveries and customer orders
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Assist with general administrative duties
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
