• Cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors.
• Making beds and changing bed linens, pillowcases, and towels.
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
• Replenishing guest supplies such as toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and tissue.
• Dusting furniture and cleaning windows, mirrors, and surfaces.
• Reporting maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to supervisors.
• Cleaning public areas such as the lobby, elevators, meeting rooms, and restrooms.
• Handling laundry and linen according to hotel standards.
• Following health, safety, and hotel hygiene procedures.
• Responding politely to guest requests and ensuring guest satisfaction.
