Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end hiring (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding)
- Work closely with departments to fulfill manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment records and reports
2. Training & Development
- Assist coordinate employee training programs
- Track training completion and maintain training records
- Liaise with internal and external training providers
3. Typhoid Vaccination Management
- Coordinate employee vaccination programs
- Ensure records are updated and compliant with regulations
- Liaise with clinics and relevant authorities
4. Employee Uniform & PPE
- Monitor stock and ensure availability of uniforms, safety shoes, and PPE
- Coordinate distribution to employees
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
