What You'll Do

• Manage purchasing and inventory replenishment activities
• Monitor stock levels and ensure product availability
• Analyse inventory movement, sales trends and purchasing patterns
• Identify slow-moving and excess inventory
• Support product category reviews and inventory planning
• Negotiate pricing and coordinate with suppliers
• Work closely with Warehouse, Sales and Management teams
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes

What We're Looking For

3-5 years experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Supply Chain or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 1

Experience managing multiple products or large SKU portfolios

Good negotiation and communication skills

Proficient in Excel and ERP systems

Experience in Hardware, Building Materials, Distribution, FMCG, Retail or Manufacturing is an advantage If you enjoy analysing inventory, improving purchasing decisions and contributing to business growth, we'd love to hear from you

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
