• To ensure AI/SMT machines are properly maintained and operating efficiently to support production targets and quality requirements.
• Monitor and supervise Junior Technicians' work to ensure all tasks are carried out in accordance with established procedures and work instructions.
• Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities according to the planned maintenance schedule to ensure machine reliability and performance.
• Monitor, inspect, and highlight machine spare parts status, ensuring sufficient stock availability and timely replacement when required
• Changing models and machine set-up
• Follow-up machine conditions and efficiently and take necessary countermeasure to help production achieve minimum defects of auto inserted products and increase output.
• Assist Supervisors in training and guiding new Manufacturing Assistants on machine operations, work procedures, and related job responsibilities.
• To do repair and rework activities on auto-inserted PCBs whenever required.
• Perform verification of all checksheet for the machines.
• Ensure compliance to EQMS procedure within the workscope.
• To comply and participate in all EQMS related activities.
• To comply to any additional responsibilities as and when required.

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
