Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Preventive and corrective maintenance on ACMV systems (chiller, cooling tower, AHU, FCU, split unit)
  • Routine inspection and servicing of plumbing and sanitary systems
  • Monitor mechanical systems and report faults to Facility Manager
  • Assist contractors during major servicing works
  • Maintain maintenance records and service reports
  • Respond to breakdown and emergency calls

Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
