Post: Clinic Assistant
Location: Cheras Traders Square, Balakong
Requirements:
- SPM/STPM graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic computer literacy.
- No prior experience is required; however, experience in a clinic, healthcare setting, or customer service role will be an advantage.
- Polite, friendly, and possesses good communication skills.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to commute to work consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Register patients and manage appointment scheduling.
- Greet and assist patients and parents in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general enquiries.
- Prepare, update, and maintain patient medical records accurately.
- Assist doctors during consultations, examinations, and basic procedures.
- Dispense medications according to the doctor's instructions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the clinic at all times.
- Ensure medical supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and organized.
- Handle billing, payment collection, and issuance of receipts.
- Monitor patient flow to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide basic guidance to parents regarding follow-up care and appointments.
- Comply with clinic policies, safety standards, and healthcare regulations.
