We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our growing Finance team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are eager to build a strong career in accounting and finance within a supportive and dynamic working environment.

Key Responsibilities

(a) Assist in the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and supporting schedules;

(b) Support day-to-day finance operations including expense tracking, payment processing, and basic accounting records;

(c) Assist in monitoring cash flow, budgeting, and cost control activities;

(d) Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records in an organised and accurate manner;

(e) Assist in month-end closing activities and reconciliation of accounts;

(f) Support audit and tax-related documentation preparation when required;

(g) Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify financial data;

(h) Ensure compliance with company policies and basic accounting standards; and

(i) Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Finance & Accounts Lead from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of accounting principles is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Able to work in a team and handle tasks with responsibility
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
