We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of the branch and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, be sales-driven, and be able to assist the Branch Manager in achieving branch targets and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure products are well displayed and inventory is properly managed.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock transfers or replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
• Handle cash management, opening and closing procedures, and administrative tasks.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of branch staff.
• Step in as the acting Branch Manager during their absence.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
