Job Overview:
This role responsible for managing spare parts and inventory records accurately, ensuring smooth stock movement, supporting workshop operations, and maintaining proper documentation for inventory control and billing purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
- Record and update all spare parts and inventory movements (stock-in and stock-out) in the system.
- Monitor stock balances and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly stock-taking activities.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving stock variances.
Spare Parts Coordination
- Liaise with internal workshop personnel regarding spare parts requests.
- Prepare, issue, and track spare parts according to approved requests.
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts to support workshop operations.
Data Entry & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and timely data entry of inventory transactions.
- File and organize inventory-related documents, delivery orders, and invoices.
- Ensure all inventory records are updated on a daily basis.
Finance & Billing Support
- Verify and submit supplier invoices and inventory-related documents to the Finance Department.
- Assist in preparing monthly inventory reports and stock-taking documentation for billing and reconciliation purposes.
- Support Finance in ensuring inventory records match purchase and billing records.
General Duties
- Maintain proper housekeeping and organization of the store area.
- Ensure compliance with company inventory control procedures.
- Perform other store and inventory-related duties as assigned by management.
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
