Responsibilities
JOB PURPOSE:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and performing general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
· Answer, screen, and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
· Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and well-stocked with necessary supplies (e.g. stationery, brochures).
· Schedule and manage meeting room bookings.
· Assist in coordinating office maintenance and repairs.
· Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation.
· Handle basic inquiries and provide information about the company when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Administrative Assistant preferred.
3. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
6. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
