We are currently looking for a Supply Trader (Work from home | Night shift) to support our client based in the US.

Job Summary:

The Supply Trader is responsible for building high-volume supply pipelines and executing B2B deals from the US and global markets. The role focuses on trading, revenue-driven sourcing, and relationship management with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent supply, pricing optimization, and deal execution.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain supply pipelines from scratch through outbound prospecting, calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.

• Source and onboard reliable suppliers (recyclers, processors, manufacturers).

• Negotiate pricing, terms, volumes, and supplier agreements.

• Maintain long-term supplier relationships.

• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate deals and share supply information.

• Respond to inbound leads and route them appropriately to the sales team.

• Track all supplier activities and deals in CRM systems.

• Prepare weekly performance reports.

• Maintain a commercial, deal-oriented approach (hunter mindset).

• Prioritize candidates with experience in building supply pipelines from scratch.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

• Minimum of three (3) years experience in trading, B2B sales, supply sourcing, or procurement.

• Comfortable with daily calls and deal discussions.

• Experience in commercial buy-and-sell trading; candidates from distribution, retail purchasing, commodity buying, or import/export industries are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in plastics/recycling/commodities is a plus.

• Experience with CRM tools preferred.
