• Take full ownership of the quality, performance, and reliability of your code and deliverables
• Design, develop, and test scalable applications within a collaborative SCRUM team
• Work with a modern tech stack (PHP, Symfony, React, Vue, TypeScript, Azure, AWS)
• Contribute to architectural decisions and continuously improve engineering practices
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve bugs, and ensure system stability
• Share knowledge, mentor peers, and support team growth
• This role is fully based in Ipoh

This = what you bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in PHP development
• Strong experience in PHP (Symfony), React, Vue, TypeScript, and SQL
• Solid understanding of design principles (SOLID), design patterns, and best practices
• Experience with unit testing (e.g. PHPUnit)
• Familiarity with Agile ways of working (SCRUM/Kanban)
• Strong problem-solving skills with a sense of ownership
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure or AWS
• Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps practices, or Docker
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of performance optimization and monitoring tools
