We're Hiring: IT Support Specialist (12-Month Contract) | Hospitality Industry
Do you thrive on solving technical challenges and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic hospitality team on a 12-month contract and play a key role in keeping our hotel technology running seamlessly.
What You'll Be Doing:
Manage and maintain hotel network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity for guests and staff.
Provide hands-on technical support for desktops, applications, mobile devices, and hotel systems.
Troubleshoot network, server, and end-user issues efficiently.
Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and access controls.
Implement security best practices, patch management, and vulnerability remediation.
Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM platforms.
Act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues and deliver outstanding customer service.
What We're Looking For:
Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience in IT Support, ideally within hospitality, hotels, or customer-facing environments.
Strong knowledge of networking, security, Active Directory, and Microsoft server technologies.
Experience with Service Management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
Bonus Points For:
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications.
• Experience with hotel management systems and hospitality technology platforms.
• Flexibility to participate in shift work, including evenings and weekends.
Contract Duration: 12 Months
