We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team on a full-time remote basis. This role is ideal for a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple design deliverables with efficiency, accuracy, and strong accountability.

The successful candidate will be involved in ongoing tender submissions, design development, and production documentation, supporting a wide range of interior fit-out and renovation projects.

Scope of Work

• Review and interpret tender documents for renovation, addition, and alteration projects
• Develop mood boards, design concepts, and presentation materials
• Prepare space planning and layout studies
• Produce 3D perspectives and visualizations
• Draft technical drawings including:
• Shop drawings
• As-built drawings
• Carpentry details
• Interior fit-out construction drawings
• Assist in graphic-related works for interior applications such as:
• Wall murals
• Wall graphics and decals
• Prepare print-ready digital drawings/files for production and installation
• Coordinate remotely with the internal team and respond promptly to urgent project requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in interior design or architectural drafting
• Able to work independently in a remote/WFH setup
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of handling multiple tasks with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Strong sense of responsibility, responsiveness, and time management
• Must be actively online and reachable during agreed working hours
• Proficient in English (written and verbal communication)
• Must have a stable fiber internet connection with backup 5G/mobile data

Required Software Skills (Mandatory)

• AutoCAD – required
• SketchUp + Layout – required
• Enscape – required / or other similar rendering software
• Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop or Canva (for wall graphics and print-ready files) or similar software
