Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: RM2,000 – RM2,500 (based on experience & skills)
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide general administrative and coordination support. This is a great opportunity for fresh candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and coordination support
- Ensure high accuracy in data entry to minimize errors and corrections
- Maintain data integrity, completeness, and compliance with internal data governance standards
- Assist with documentation, filing, and general paperwork
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
