Responsibilities

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR (RETAIL BACKGROUND WELCOME)

Location: 8trium Sri Damansara (Near MRT Sri Damansara Barat)
Work Mode: Hybrid (WFH every Friday & Alternate Saturday)
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 + Allowances + Incentives

Are you currently a Store Supervisor, Assistant Store Manager, Outlet Supervisor, Branch Supervisor, or Customer Service Supervisor looking to transition into a corporate environment?

We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented Operations Supervisor to lead a team, manage daily operations, handle customer escalations, and ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and support team performance to achieve departmental goals
  • Handle customer complaints, escalations, and service recovery professionally
  • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions
  • Make day-to-day operational decisions to ensure smooth workflow
  • Coach, guide, and support team members in their daily tasks
  • Ensure team compliance with company SOPs and quality standards
  • Work closely with Sales, HR, and Management teams
  • Prepare reports and provide operational updates to management

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, call center, or operations environment
  • Experience managing staff, handling customer complaints, and solving operational issues
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
  • Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience through internships, projects, or student leadership roles are encouraged to apply
