• Assist in preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare ingredients including cutting, marinating, and portioning.
• Ensure food is served in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen areas.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Assist with receiving and storing food supplies properly.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
• Minimize food wastage and control portion sizes.
• Support senior chefs during peak operational periods.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchen equipment.
• Participate in menu preparation and daily kitchen operations.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
