Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing all front office operations and guest services.
  • Supervise front desk staff to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Monitor guest check-in, check-out, and reservation procedures.
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Support room allocation and occupancy management.
  • Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports and performance analysis.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate front office employees.
  • Monitor cash handling and billing procedures.
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing, and workforce planning.
  • Support revenue management and upselling initiatives.
  • Handle VIP arrivals and special guest requests.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
