• Oversee the overall daily operations of the hotel and ensure smooth functioning across all departments.
• Act as the primary point of contact for guests during assigned shifts.
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and service recovery professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor service standards and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Engineering, and Security departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest areas, facilities, and operational departments.
• Manage VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest relations activities.
• Assist in resolving operational issues and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor room occupancy, availability, and overall hotel performance during shifts.
• Prepare daily operational and incident reports for management review.
• Support staff supervision, coaching, and performance management.
• Ensure health, safety, and security standards are maintained throughout the property.
• Respond to emergency situations, accidents, and guest incidents as required.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manpower coordination when necessary.
• Monitor cash handling procedures and operational controls.
• Work closely with department heads to achieve service and operational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
• Conduct shift briefings and communicate important operational updates to staff.
• Represent hotel management in the absence of senior management during assigned shifts.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
