Full Time PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,000 in DOMIRON TEC SDN BHD Senai - Ricebowl

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

• Monitor manpower allocation, work performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity of production operators and foreign workers.

• Ensure production activities are carried out in accordance with approved work instructions, quality requirements, and safety procedures.

• Coordinate with Production Engineer, Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments to resolve production issues and minimize downtime.

• Monitor production output, material usage, and work-in-progress (WIP) status.

• Investigate production abnormalities and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and reduce defects.

• Ensure proper housekeeping, 5S implementation, and workplace safety within the production area.

• Conduct on-the-job training and provide guidance to production operators to improve skills and productivity.

• Prepare daily production reports and update management on production performance.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in metal fabrication, stamping, powder coating, assembly, EMS, or home appliance manufacturing will be an added advantage.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Able to supervise local employees and foreign workers effectively.

• Familiar with production processes, quality requirements, and workplace safety practices.

• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.

• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet production deadlines.

• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

• Senai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
