• Education: minimum SPM / Certificate holder in any related field.
• Experience and Skill: minimum 3 years related working experienced in machinery and understand in mechanical and electrical.
• Able to read and comprehend machines diagram, hydraulic diagram, and electrical diagram.
• Develop & provide technical solution to continue improve moulding process.
• Constantly monitor and follow up any machines or equipment’s problematic.
• Identify and analyse technical issues of machines and equipment’s processes and recommend the parts to improvement.
• Liaise with external supplier particularly on modification and repairing of machines and equipment’s.
• Able to do troubleshoot on machines or equipment’s if there is any faulty.
• Understand ancillary equipment and the use of, such as Robotics, Hopper loaders, Dryers.
• Able to perform preventive maintenance for machines and equipment’s as per schedule.
• Able to comply procedures and processes.
• Ensure operation procedures are updated and review from time to time.
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior.
• Understand the requirement of clear reporting.
• Understand the management needs and requirements.
• Understand working procedure and be able to work within team.
• Explore and identify future improvements and cost saving initiatives.
• Meeting the company common goal and mission.
• Ensuring always comply with company policies related to discipline, working methods and safety.
• Assist in tracking and reporting environmental performance metrics related to moulding processes.
• To maintain and practice element of an organization's activities related to the ISO 14001 requirements

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
