Bangi Plastics Hiring! Full Time Warehouse Supervisor in Negeri Sembilan, Earn up to MYR 2,500 - Ricebowl

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
• Lead warehouse team (receiving, storekeepers, forklift operators) to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
• Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery schedules.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and equipment handling.
• Oversee receiving operations to ensure accurate quantity, quality checks, and compliance with purchase orders.
• Manage proper storage and inventory organization to optimize space and ensure accurate stock records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate picking, packing, loading, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor logistics planning including delivery scheduling, vehicle coordination, and driver arrangements.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure lorry roadworthiness and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSH requirements, QMS standards, and company policies.
• Enforce proper use of PPE and maintain warehouse safety and housekeeping standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify safety hazards and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP or manual systems and prepare operational reports.
• Support warehouse equipment maintenance and report repair needs to management.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficient utilization of warehouse space.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor to support warehouse operations.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
