• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Repair electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning and general building defects.
• Conduct daily inspections of hotel facilities and guest rooms.
• Attend maintenance requests and guest complaints promptly.
• Monitor and maintain hotel equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for repair and refurbishment works.
• Maintain maintenance records and reports.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with hotel standards.
• Assist with renovation, painting and improvement projects.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
